2. Service Description

VahanTag provides a QR code sticker service that allows vehicle owners to be contacted without revealing their personal phone number. When someone scans your VahanTag QR code, you receive a WhatsApp message or SMS notification.

3. User Responsibilities

As a VahanTag user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Use the service only for legitimate vehicle contact purposes
• Not misuse the service for spam, harassment, or illegal activities
• Keep your contact information up to date
• Respond appropriately to legitimate contact attempts

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use VahanTag for:

• Any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Harassment, threats, or abuse of other users
• Commercial solicitation or spam
• Impersonation of others
• Circumventing the privacy protection features

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Your phone number is never revealed to the person scanning your QR code. All communications are encrypted and we maintain strict data protection standards. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable service, we cannot guarantee:

• 100% uptime or uninterrupted service
• Immediate delivery of all messages
• Compatibility with all devices or networks
• Protection against misuse by third parties

7. Payment and Refunds

VahanTag is a one-time purchase service priced at ₹499 + GST. This includes lifetime access to our basic features. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if the sticker has not been used or activated.

8. Intellectual Property

All VahanTag trademarks, logos, and service marks are the property of VahanTag. You are not permitted to use them without our prior written consent.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to VahanTag if you violate these terms or engage in any prohibited activities. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
